Our fee is 35% of the assumed first year’s salary. E.g., You hire someone we found for you at $1000/month – the assumed year 1 salary is $12,000 USD / year. Our fee is $4,200 (35% of $12,000). That’s it. No other fees for this hire. Ever.

Absolutely. Our vetting process, our understanding of the culture and our decades of hiring experience make us supremely confident that we can find your next superstar. However, If you hire someone we found and it doesn’t work out (within the first three months – in our experience, that’s plenty of time to assess) we’ll find a replacement for no additional fee.

One of our co-founders (James) spent two years in The Philippines and learned the second most-spoken language (Bisaya). His love for the country and the people is a big part of the passion behind Remote Craft. More than that though, The Philippines is chock-full of highly educated English speaking talent. We’ll put Philippine talent up against talent from anywhere.
